Food was good . Customer service skills is 3 out of 10 ( cashier ) she always seems to have an attitude or in a bad mood .
I had a very good experience at the JJ Fish on 71st in South Chicago. I walked in and was greeted and placed an order fast. The food taste freshly made and very crispy. The vibe of the workers was on point very helpful and on point.
A woman by the name of Angel placed my order was very friendly and fair service I had a couple questions about my order which she was able to answer and make my order how I wanted it to taste. I appreciate the service I was given I ordered the catfish nuggets. Thanks Angel.
The food was fresh, the staff was pleasant and I did not have to wait long for my order. The restaurant was clean and well lit.
The Cashier I think her name was Briana she was very pleasant and patient I don't know what to order she took her time and explained the meals and how they go I would definitely be going back great job Briana and the cook cooled everything to protection.
Clean, fast, and friendly they do get busy with a lot of regular orders and doordash orders but they take care of everything effectively which is why I really love this JJ fish locatio.
